We provide and oversee in-house maintenance with a special crew or locally available team that works under supervision. We also perform remodelling and thorough inspection of the given premises and also establish a preventative maintenance policy to identify and deal with repair needs. Some services are:

We have a special wing for clients residing abroad, and we will act in the place of the owner based on the legal paper works through the power of attorney. For e.g. buying a property, selling the owner’s property and signing the rent agreement. Even the utility bills along with future maintenance will be foreseen and informed. The clients will be updated through monthly reports.
As per the property agreement, it is specifically pointed out that damages from the tenant’s side must be compensated through a proper replacement of the damaged product or the amount shall be deducted from the security deposit.
Based on the location of the properties we will assign a team that is in proximity to the property. Whether it will be a different team depends upon the locality. Yes, charges will differ according to the property and services.

The renter can leave any time they want. The terms and conditions required to be signed by the renter would in detail explain the period of their rental period, If they violate that, the loss would be on their side.
